Best Filipino cuisine in the RGV. The food is delicious and the staff is so friendly! The chicken adobo was to die for 😍. Will come again.

Absolutely the worst dining in Brownsville! Forget the beautiful pictures, because all they have on their "buffet" is pancit and adobo chicken and pork. The pancit looked like someone had spit it out! The pork adobo was WAY too salty! I went mostly for the lumpia, and they too were extremely disappointing! I like to give all a chance, but this place needs to be shut down! I am so disappointed! I give it one star because I can't give it a minus star! Bicol, be gone!

Pleasant layed back atmosphere. Great, tasty food. Pancit, one of the kind and the eggroll with their lumpia sauce really great.

I am an Asian food snob that lived for 50 years in large cities where the food is cooked by people that are from the area of their cuisine. This is actually one of a few in the RGV that are that way. I find this place has the best food of its kind in the Valley. I live 25 miles west of the restaurant, but when I am in the Brownsville area, this is my spot. If you are not familiar with the cuisine, they patiently explain what they have, what the ingredients are, and how to enjoy it best with what. Since the offerings change daily, you may have to ask every time. My only complaint is the dish they named the store after, Bicol Express, is not made to a heat level like in the Philippines. You would think that with the demographic makeup of the area they would find patrons that like it that way. I eat it anyway and it is fantastic. Try this place for a different experience and you will become a regular I am sure.
